Financial Services Community Manager & Licensed Advisor

The ideal candidate would be a CFP Certified Financial Planner with a minimum 3 – 5 years experience. The Company will assist the advisor to grow their business by supplying them with business leads and accounts.

A unique opportunity to lead the growth of the BOSS business (www.bossystem.org) into local GTA-West or GTA-East branches, together with building a significant advisory business.

International Capital Management, known as ICM (www.icm-canada.com), are the owners of the BOSS business. ICM has created the BOSS business, a b2b marketing channel, networking and business-building system that hundreds of business owners are taking advantage of.

ICM will establish the local BOSS branch, and lead the initial marketing to get the group up and running. The Candidate will follow up business lead and Client opportunities generated by BOSS.

The Advisor will be motivated to build a significant business, by expanding the BOSS business into a selected local area. The BOSS business facilitates the development of trust relationships with business owners, generates referrals, and is a networking platform – all critical components to success as an Advisor.

The compensation is commission, and Candidates will be compensated for moving over existing books of business.
