We are expanding zenPeak to Ottawa and Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge in 2010, and looking for a mature owner-operator business-person who wants to build the zenPeak recruitment business with us. This person would duplicate the zenPeak system, and operate as an area licensee; growing their own business, and profiting from additional offices that open in the Ottawa or Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area. Here are the basics of benefits to zenPeak clients.

1. Fees are lower than other recruiters (% fixed + % success fee)
2. Fixed fee includes EQ testing and assessment of short-list candidates
