Recruitment Associate
Work from home office part-time opportunity with salary and success fee bonuses.
3 hours per day @ $20. an hour salary plus bonuses
Ideal for “work from home” Moms or Dads needing a flex schedule, maternity leave, single Moms/Dads returning to the workplace. The position advances to a Client Services Manager role with more responsibility and higher compensation.
The successful Candidate will have exceptional internet/computer skills, including being a knowledgeable user of google search, LinkedIn and other social networks, and accept coaching on a daily basis:

The Candidate will have the discipline and work ethic to work on their own, unsupervised, and devote themselves to following a proven system. The position focus is on Right Activity Gets Results using a standardized process
All training and back-end systems will be provided.
Must have:
- High Speed Internet access (no internet dial-up)
- dedicated VOIP telephone is provided
- Perfect diction – fluency in English (mother tongue level)
- Intelligence, communications skills and EQ for the role
Prior experience in the HR field is not a requirement.
