Our interview, background checks, and EQ testing process, is a cost effective match to your own direct recruiting efforts. We interview and screen Candidates, conduct EQ testing and EQ assessments, and use our findings to conduct scheduled interviews with Candidate references; only people they reported to at work.

  2. zenPeak~Company contract presentation, signing and fixed-fee deposit
  3. Telephone screening interviews of Candidates
  4. Managing Candidate communications
  5. Frequent reporting to Company management
