Our Process & Pricing- what it means to the Client:

The zenPeak system confirms competency and delivers candidates proven to have higher retention and superior performance.

We use our extensive network and resources to find the best prospective candidates for the role.

We screen every potential candidate, test them, assess them, delivering a customized behavioral interview discipline which is position and candidate specific.

Our fees are broken into:

(1) fixed fee, which is a % of the first year salary and,

(2) a success fee if we successfully source the candidate which is a % of the first year compensation.

Each assignment includes the candidate search, as well as testing and assessment of short-listed selected candidates. Candidates should be tested at a uniform stage in the process; before the first face to face interview. Anonymity and privacy is preserved.

The critical components to insuring peak performance are candidate interviewing, talent pool development, testing, assessments, as well as candidate-specific and position-specific behavioral interviewing.

How We Work

zenPeak’s services:

  • Account Management.
  • Reviewing the position; provide advice/ recommendations on formulating position descriptions.
  • Establishing position testing benchmarks.
  • Candidate identification and qualification from all sources inc. existing talent pools; screen prospective candidates for motivation, skills, salary, availability and geographic location.
  • Deliver and interpret online emotional intelligence candidate tests and assessments
  • Deliver printed assessment report on the candidate against occupational and management benchmarks.
  • Supply a set of behavioral interview questions customized for the role and candidate, reviewed by independent domain experts.
  • Interviewing candidates face to face.
  • Candidate presentation: email candidate’s assessment, up to date “What I Can Do For You” resume, salary expectations, summary of skills, motivation for applying for the position and availability for interviews, possible start date and any other pertinent information.
  • Feedback: provide feedback between company and candidates at each step in the process to ensure client and candidate satisfaction,
  • Reference Checking: expanded reference check.
