Our training & coaching program is in full gear this summer. We are hiring 3 new Associates; each with great credentials and experience, to service Clients, and help Candidates advance in their careers.
Every week, in every search, we take a look at Candidate Emotional Intelligence (EQ). EQ contributes to success in the workplace. Each job has a benchmark EQ score that we can use to compare a Candidate’s score, to determine if the Candidate is low risk or high risk, for that role. It is not the only basis for making a hiring decision, but it helps us to focus on areas of concern.
We are talking to some new Clients this week in the Utility & energy products segment.
